How Pass Texas checks
exam facts and questions.

Pass Texas is an independent exam-prep product, not TREC or Pearson VUE. This is the standard used to write and maintain the 1,377 original questions and the free study material on this site.

Primary sources firstExam structure and candidate rules are checked against the current Pearson VUE Texas candidate handbook and content outlines. Texas-law explanations are checked against TRELA, the TREC Rules, and other applicable Texas statutes.
Original questions onlyPass Texas does not reproduce, solicit, or claim access to live Pearson VUE items. Practice questions are original scenarios mapped to the published content outline and written to rehearse the reasoning the exam requires.
Question reviewEach question is checked for one defensible best answer, plausible but incorrect distractors, alignment to a published content area, an explanation for the governing rule, and language that does not imply legal advice.
Updates and correctionsMaterial exam or rule changes trigger a review of affected pages and questions. Review dates appear near source lists where practical. Reported errors are investigated against primary sources and corrected rather than silently defended.
