Is there a Texas real estate questions and answers PDF?
Yes. The 120-question practice booklet includes 80 National and 40 State questions, explained answers and scorecards. These are original practice questions. They are not actual, recalled or leaked Pearson exam items, and the booklet is not an official exam.
Which PDF should I use if I passed National but failed State?
Start with the State-Law Master Guide, then choose a workbook for a State area that needs attention. Use the State study guide to choose your first topic and the State retake guide to check the two deadlines before booking.
Are these one-page cheat sheets or longer workbooks?
Most are longer workbooks with review material and practice. The shortest download is the four-page wallchart; the practice booklet is 66 pages. Each card shows its actual length so you can choose and print only what you need.
How do I save or print a PDF on my phone?
Tap Download PDF. If your browser opens it instead of saving it, use its share or download control to save a copy to Files or Downloads. For paper, choose US Letter and check print preview. Print the questions separately from the answer explanations if you want to test yourself.
Do the PDFs update after I download them?
No. A saved file keeps the edition you downloaded. Compare its date with the card here and download a newer edition when available. Use the online guide and official sources below to check rules or appointment requirements that may change.
Will reading the PDFs be enough to pass?
No resource can promise a pass. Use the guides alongside practice without notes, review guessed answers and revisit every exam area. These materials are exam preparation and do not replace TREC qualifying education.
Can I read without a PDF viewer?
Yes. Choose Read online on any card for the related HTML guide. It works in your browser and provides links to lessons and practice. It may organize the material differently from the PDF.
