Overview
Pass Texas offers a one-time paid upgrade. Except where required by applicable law or the policy of the purchase provider, transactions are non-refundable. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
Purchases Made on the Web
Web purchases are sold and processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller and merchant of record. Paddle handles payment, taxes, receipts, and refund requests under its buyer terms and refund policy. Paddle may consider discretionary refund requests made within 14 days of a transaction; submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
Use the link in your Paddle receipt or visit paddle.net and choose the refund option. You can review Paddle’s Refund Policy before submitting your request.
Apple App Store and Google Play Purchases
Apple and Google control billing and refunds for purchases made through their stores. Submit the request through the same store account used to buy Pass Texas. Approval and timing are governed by that store’s policies and applicable law.
Effect of a Refund
When a full refund or payment reversal is approved, the paid entitlement associated with that transaction may be removed. Free features and any study data retained under our Privacy Policy may remain available through your Pass Texas account.
Technical or Access Problems
If payment succeeded but access did not unlock, please contact us before requesting a refund. Include the purchase email and receipt or transaction reference, but never send full card details.
