Which Texas exam area should I practice first?
Start with a topic you have missed recently. If you have no results yet, Contracts and Agency is the largest National area at 16 of 80 National; Agency/Brokerage is the largest Texas State Law area at 11 of 40 Texas State Law. The portions are scored separately. A short quiz helps you find rules to revisit, but it cannot reliably rank all your strengths and weaknesses.
Are these the same questions as the real Texas exam?
No. These are original Pass Texas questions written from the official content outlines and cited source material. Pearson VUE does not publish the live Texas exam questions for candidate review, and Pass Texas does not claim access to them.
Why do the National and Texas State areas show different denominators?
Because the two portions are scored separately and you must pass each one. An area is quoted against the portion that scores it, so a National area reads out of 80 and a Texas State Law area reads out of 40. Adding them into a single percentage of 120 would describe a total nobody is graded on.
Which exam outline does this library follow?
The National salespersons outline effective March 1, 2025, and the Texas sales agent State Law outline effective January 1, 2026, both in force as of September 5, 2026. Individual topic pages show their own review dates and sources. National questions can test general principles or calculations rather than a Texas statute.
