Continuing education is the coursework required to keep a Texas real estate license active for each renewal period after the first. It includes required Legal Update courses covering law and ethics, plus elective hours. A license holder completes CE before renewing.
Continuing education is different from the one-time Sales Apprentice Education due before a sales agent's first renewal.
