Sales Apprentice Education (SAE)
The additional Texas education a sales agent must complete before the first license renewal.
Sales Apprentice Education, or SAE, is the post-license education a Texas sales agent must complete before the first renewal of the license. It builds on the pre-license courses and must be finished within the initial license period to renew on an active status.
SAE is a one-time first-renewal requirement, separate from the ongoing continuing education a license holder takes for later renewals.
